Jayne is now manager of a Christmas shop at Nocturne Falls and during an estate sale she buys a small box. When she gets home her cat knocks the box down and it releases some magic that results in weird happenings in the town, which must be stopped.
In this story Jayne does not have exactly a mystery waiting to be solved, but it is still entertaining to read while she tries to bring everything back to normal. I have to say the cat is probably the most interesting turn of events, even if spider is so mellow it doesn't really feel like a cat. Another cozy reading, you know you won't have to think much about it and will be satisfied that no important character is going to drop dead unexpectedly.
