This books screams fresh, a political satire of our time and near future. There are Twitter scandals, populist politicians, identity politics, data companies with too much power and even a throuple. It's just so now that I wonder how it will age. Brexit was conveniently (maybe a bit too much) left solved and closed in a recent past, it's an absolute non-issue in the narrative. But all the other questions/issues concerning politics and privacy ongoing in our societies and particularly in the UK are there in full exposure. Reads like a very realistic and exciting thriller, with complex and convincing characters: 4,5*.
