Even though Zach Johnson lives in the future, Christmas or "the holiday" still is a big thing on Earth. However, the holiday is in jeopardy as two elves were killed in the North Pole - which is not only the happiest but the safest place on Earth. Santana (the bombshell version of Santa Claus) requests Zach's services to come to the North Pole and find the killer.

I loved the twists, the elves, the holiday logistics and the amazing mix of characters. But my favourite bits were when characters from previous books made an appearance.
